1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TravelCalm Android App or visiting the Site (travelcalm.samsuggest.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Critical Safety Warning (Passenger Use Only)

Please read this section carefully before operating the application:

• DO NOT configure, view, or adjust the Visual Motion Cues overlay while driving or operating a vehicle or heavy machinery.
• The active overlay and paced breathing cycles are designed strictly for passengers. Drivers must remain focused on the road.
• If using the visual cues overlay causes immediate headaches, eye strain, confusion, or increased disorientation, disable it immediately and seek fresh air.

3. License Grant & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use TravelCalm for personal, non-commercial vestibular desensitization and wellness support. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App package files without written authorization.

4. AI Service Integration

If you enable the AI Travel Coach inside the App and insert your own third-party API keys (e.g. Gemini API), you are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and billing agreements of those individual API providers. We do not monitor, guarantee, or bear responsibility for accuracy or pricing of those AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

TravelCalm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TravelCalm Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, travel delays, medical emergencies, or vehicle damage that may occur in connection with the use of the App or Site.

6. Modification of Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or discontinue any features of the App or Site at any time. Your continued use of the services following updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
